Amazon deforestation

Amazon deforestation

Amazon has been burning for a large part of the year and it is burning big and long through the Amazon.

Firstly the Amazon rainforest was created by humans.
Due to logging, clearing land for farms, and loss of trees to absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. It is not the healthiest place. Also, that means loss of species and their habitats.

Secondly, all people should stop logging and clearing land for farms. When it hot and there is dry farmland, it is easy for wildfires to start. From those wildfires some species are dying or on the verge of extinction. As well as homes of amazon tribes have burnt down.

Lastly cutting down the trees lead to fires. Fire lets out co2 which is like a greenhouse gas. Greenhouse gases also act as a blanket that stops the sun from shining on the earth’s surface.

In conclusion, people should stop clearing dryland for farmland. It is not only cutting down trees but causing fires in the Amazon.
